Cathleen~ you could go in pick out a nice strong Vanilla bean base then watch as they crush up a whole chunk of X-mas candy cane then using these big metal pieces fold that candy cane into your vanilla icecream right before your very eyes then seve it to you in a chilled bowl with some extra crushed peppermint on top!
Ohhh it's expensive but wickedly good!
