As affeciendos of a porn and erotica site I thought everyone here would be familiar with the term jism.
Used extensively in stories, movie titles, still pic titles it's just another name for sperm, spunk, wad, squirt etc...
I just shortened it to jizz because I thought jizz job sounded better than blow job.
