According to Yahoo news, Paris has been ordered BACK to court and a complaint issued against the sherrif's department for not following proper procedure. It is up to the city attorney to change Paris's location to serve prison and the judge to allow the ankle bracelet.

So would I. I have no animosity toward her, and would hate to see her get hurt in jail by some other prisoner, or a guard or anybody. I actually find her antics rather amusing, and don't take her seriously. I think she's pretty much harmless. However, I really hate the idea of different treatment for the rich and famous. If any of us had done the same thing, in the same place, we probably would not have gotten probation. If we had, and violated it, we would have been sent to jail, and not given a month to turn ourselves in.

What kind of punishment is it when you just say she has to stay in a palace, with booze and dope and music and partying, and.... You know, I wouldn't mind joining her there.

Apparently, the judge has gotten pissed off at the sherriff for cutting Poor lil' Paris so much slack, and has ordered her to court. She may go from there to the jail to finish the sentence she started doing. I hope so.

The sherriff might be charged with contempt of court for so flagrantly violating the court order. I hope so too.

As she was under house arrest her attorney arranged for her to be there via Video conference. The judge didn't know and was highly pissed. He ordered the Sheriffs department to send a car and bring her to the court room before he would proceed. That was about an hour ago.

I would too. I would definitely describe her as "pretty" but I don't think of her as sexy. She seems to be too skinny and too scatter-brained to be that. At the same time, that may be just an act.

LOL - you are speaking to a world where the tv show Surviour (reality TV created in that great democratic land of yours) was and is still the greatest thing since Pepsi.

I may be mistaken, but I believe those items are listed in chronological order, not in order of imp;ortance. The Paris story just happened, and the others happened yesterday. By now, some other story may have replaced her on the top of the list.
