i've only seen the first star wars. never seen titanic. or any harry potters.

never saw any hunger games movies, either.

i wish i could say the same about transformers, but that would be a lie though i did require rifftrax and mark wahlberg can go fuck himself.

and if the resident evil movies count i'll throw them in here as well. i've only seen bits and pieces and i don't see anymore than that.

It's funny as my past husband worked for major studios (production side) but when he left we rarely went to the movies. We weren't getting pre release screenings anymore an both of our jobs left little time to go to theaters

Most of them I haven't seen, like Titantic, Patton, The Godfather, etc. I didn't see The Deer Hunter for years, and I'd worked on that one.

This thread has caused me to turn a mirror on my dying inner cinephile. I loved movies. It's just not true anymore. I'm disinterested in remakes or reboots, soft or hard. I get turned off by anything that doesn't feel genuine. I don't watch family entertainment. I don't feel there is a lot for me anymore.

I haven't seen many Pixar movies or Disney proper movies or really anything that competes with those. No Shreks, Minions, no Toy Storys, Despicable Me's, Lion Kings, No Wall-E, No Frozens, etc..
I only ever watched the first Fast and Furious and no further.
No recent Jurassics, No Jumanjis.
I've seen one, maybe 2 Harry Potter movies. I've not seen Into the Spiderverse, I turned it off after what felt like a Weekend at Bernie's style bit that went on way too long.

These all rated 100% on rotten tomatoes in the last ten years, I've not seen any of these, never even heard of any of them:

Honeyland (2019)

It might be easier to list the blockbusters I have seen in the last ten years. I used to be so excited to watch movies and talk about them. Learn how they are made. It's lost to me.
