In his congratulation note sent to China on October 1, the National Day of the People's Republic of China, the US State Secretary Antony Blinken added one more sentence than the same of last year, to the effect that the US will seek cooperation with China in a number of areas including climate change.

But we notice that of all the interested areas of both the big powers of the world, Blinken did not mention the Taiwan question, the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, the recent cyber stealing of information from China's Northwest University of Technology, the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the possible breakup of the Commonwealth, and the state funeral of Shinzo Abe in Japan...

What's more, Joe Biden did not give his either personal or official greetings in the capacity of the United States of America and has actually made the bilateral relations at a not so satisfying level to both peoples, especially the people of China.

Lip service may not go anywhere, but without it the world will be more strained.

There's a time and a place for addressing all those questions, and a canned diplomatic gesture isn't it.

Why do you seem to be surprised?
Because my country is a country that is focused on politeness and mutual respect, and Antony Blinken is not even a Prime Minister in the ranking. I believe he is a ghost foreign minister of the US because it has no such a post in the federal government and the peer in the state and local levels (the posts bearing the same title obviously do not have the right to establish foreign relations with other countries)

He's the Secretary of State. That's the US equivalent of a minister for foreign relations.

Sorry, that's just ignorant.

Your country is a commie shithole that steals proprietary technologies and brands. You infected the planet with your disease. You must apologize.

Can you give some examples for that? If there was such things, they were done by the authorities, and had nothing to do with a person like me who earned less than US$1k per month because our blood and sweat had been contributed to the harmony of the great world. When you Americans and Europeans enjoy the beatiful life at home and the tourist resorts, keep in mind that it is us the Chinese people who pay the bill (at least part of it), LOL.

Where to start?

You are a nation of liars (we've discussed this before) and irretrievably corrupt officials. One responder to your post focus on Communist and the fact of the matter is that your nation more closely resembles a criminal syndicate than a communist state.

You live in a dying nation. Your financial system is in a state of collapse. Foreign investment is drying up and the multi-national companies are exiting as quickly as they can. This is all occurring with reason.

You can not feed yourself nor can you supply your own energy needs. You are totally reliant on imports of food, energy, and raw materials for the products that you export to sustain your economy. In other words you are nothing more than a factory that is totally reliant on imports to process and external consumers to maintain your growth, and that is ending.

Xi is going to be the death of your nation.

But I find the same happen in the civilized world like the US and Europe and Japan, where politicians always make empty promises to their voters. They cannot become corrupt officials due to the check and balance system (which is very effective to some degree) but a president or a prime minister who is like a rubbish is as bad as or even worse than corrupt officials.

So far I cannot see any signs that you mention here, and I don't know where you get the biased info. Elon Musk has set up a Tesla plant in Shanghai, is his money from South Africa?

Walking in the squares and a wide space along the streets in many cities in China after the supper time, you will see lots of people, most of whom are elderly ones, including some youngsters, are dancing to lose weight. African people do not do the same, do they? Homeless people in California do not do the same, do they?

I only know that Liz Truss sends away the old lady and becomes the first head of government to serve two kings(or Queens) in a term.

Blinken and his friends are obsessed with sabotaging any nation which could possibly compete economically with the hopeless bankrupt Anglo-American axis. But the more provocative their foreign policy becomes (the US is presently waging economic warfare with sanctions against 26 nations, and they are threatening to do so with many others), the more they are encouraging the emergence of an entirely new configuration of powers, where organizations like the BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will become the dominant force in world affairs, which will be a huge improvement. If Blinken et al don't start a nuclear war as a last desperate act, I am very optimistic about the future, particularly the Belt and Road Initiative.

"AMERICAN FACTORY" on Netflix.

Holly shit!
I started by laughing my head off, but then I got chills down my spine.

when Chinese corporations start taking over....
and I thought Bezos was bad

Biden was the bigger man, even though he didn’t get a B-day wish.

Does Xi still hate Winnie the Pooh?
