Black woman in a future without blackmail

I want to write a story about a black woman living in a city where blackmails have been defeated and expelled by white revolutionaries. Black women are permitted to stay, and many form relationships with victorious white revolutionaries. They’re allowed to marry and form mixed families, they’re also given injections to make sure that they do not give birth to mail. I feel like it would be interesting exploring the drama and romance of a story with that theme. Do you think it would be a suitable interracial category story?
