....no, I'm not personally dissatisfied with my relationship. But I have noticed several who want to leave, plan to leave, think about leaving, or are just disgruntled about their SOs. So, there's the official thread to do it. No sense holding that frustration in.

Husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiances, fiancees, etc. It doesn't matter. Here, you can rant, rave, throw things, scream, gripe, complain, and generally open up about the one who has let you down.

Think of it as a friendly service. And for those of you without SOs, you can bitch and moan about that, too. :rose:

bitching because ElizabethWest isn't my significant other...

I adore my SO....it's the "other" I have problems with. ;)

I've always thought that in a relationship there should always be one person at the head of the family.

The other person is the husband.

I'm thinking of leaving my story. It just isn't the same anymore. We had a lot of fun when we started out, it was exciting, discovering new things together, travelling, open minds sharing a common philosophy. We didn't particular care about where we were going, the journey was enough.

And now, it's kind of 'same old', 'same old'. She's got sloppy, doesn't pay enough attention to my needs, or to the small details. I keep telling her it i before e but... does she listen. Say's I'm living in the past, a dreamer, she wants the youth and vitality of now - says she's going to go out and find a proper editor. The bitch!

Shouldn't that depend on who is the more naturally dominant one? ;)

I couldn't bitch about her either.
Apart from the fact she wouldn't let me.

Twenty years of mainly married bliss.
A few hours in that time that were not so good.

why would I want to bitch about my significant other anyway? She ain't done anything to piss me off all that much...

Now, if we want to talk about my wife....

that's actually me doing a disservice to my wife...she and I have some different feelings and she goes overboard on one issue...but Cloudy's "other" needs a significant ass-whooping...

From the sound of it, yes, he does.

I can't even begin to start listing the ways my SO is pissing me off.

However, life has been a lot better since I stopped giving a fuck.

My significant otter has barricated itself in the bathroom and is messing with my towels again.

My significant other says I'm hallucinating and that I have no otter.

I can't say which of those annoys me the most.

Ditto.

Not quite 20 years here yet, but we're in the high teens.

Mostly great.

Liar, sometimes I can't help loving you. :D

(don't have a significant or insignificant other to bitch about, just thought I'd come crush on Liar for a minute)

At this point, I'm torn between not wanting him to leave and really (really) looking forward to spending the next year alone.

Damn, that's a hell of a dilemma.
