bike rides

i just came back from a long ride.it last over an hour.but i had fun thats why i do it.

i love to ride my bike ......when i get the chance ...

there is a steep hill at a park near here ...... fool that i am ..... i force myself to pedal up that hill just so i can fly back down ....
over and over and over ......... what a rush

sounds like a kiddie thing to do but i love going on bike rides with a friend (my girlfriend best of all) we have a wood nearby that you can ride too and ride through its lovely ... if you ride quite a way through it theres a beautiful area where the whole of the woodland floor is covered in bluebells thousands of them

and also get nice and sweaty too if its a hot day
