Bigs and Littles: Controversial or Wholesome

When DD/Lg (and it's less gender specific counterparts) come into view, what are your thoughts on it?

My experiences in this area were actually quite wholesome: individual who wished to feel a power exchange, feed their inner child. In the case of the littles, someone who literally wants to shed the worries and stress of the professional world and for a time simply be taken care of and enjoy simple moments.
