President Biden asked for the resignation of the union-busting General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board. The lawyer, Peter Robb, says Trump reclassified his position from "political appointment" to "career government official" and declined to resign.

This should end well. The NLRB website tonight lists his position as "vacant".
