15 Biden Officials Subpoenaed Over ‘Scheme’ to ‘Tip the Scales’ in 2024 Election

House Republicans have sent subpoenas to 15 top Biden officials after new intell emerged over a “scheme” to “tip the scales” in favor of Democrats for the 2024 presidential election.

House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI) requested cabinet secretaries provide documents relating to a specific executive order from President Joe Biden.

The order called on federal agency officials to “promote voter registration and voter participation.”

In it, agency chiefs were directed to create “strategic plans” for how they could increase voting and voter turnout.

They just can't be fair.

How is it a potential Hatch Act violation?

The Hatch Act prohibits federal employees from engaging in certain political activities while on duty or in their official capacity. However, if the voter registration activities were conducted in a manner that shows partisan bias or if federal employees were coerced or pressured to register voters for a specific political party, it could violate the Hatch Act. And we know damn well Joe Biden isn't going to go into Republican areas to register new voters.

So the short answer is there is absolutely no proof that this would be a violation of the Hatch Act. It is at worst something you would have a helluva time proving it. The article doesn't even attempt to show how this would be done. Like even something as simple (and probably true) that government buildings tend to be heavily populated and thus BLUE dominated areas. PEople don't live in red parts of America. So just proving that LA has more offices than Bumfuckery would at least be an argument. A dumb one, but an argument.

We saw this all during the Orange Jesus’s administration. Were you calling it out then?

Nope!

How’s your Daddy Vlady doing? He bring the good Caviar?

It is true that higher turnout tends to benefit Democrats, but you have no evidence whatsoever that he's calling for outreach only in blue areas and you know it.

The shorter answer is you're clueless.

You can insult me all you like. I'm quite used to it. That doesn't make your point any more solid. The closest to an argument you can make is that American people are more liberal than you would like and anything that gets MORE voters registered by definition favors Liberals.

You're not wrong but that is the legal case you need to make.
