I did the online adult thing for many years, in one form or another, ie. sextoy stores, video stores, picture galleries, spring break slut stuff, etc. If your friend wants to do her own site, there are many things to consider: First off, there is TONS of competition for the minute slivers of a the money pie that remain from the web. She will need a webmaster who is savy in keeping up with how search engines conduct their search results and keep your pages tuned to those individual site's requirements. This aspect, the ability to drive traffic to your site, is probably more important than the actual content of the site. To start getting traffic, you will likely have to trade links with link sites and work pop-ups to promote other site's webmaster programs, just to get a trickle of traffic to begin. There is MUCH more (merchant account or 3rd party processer, secure server keys, etc) to be considered, but that's a little glimpse into the website aspect of things. It's very involved and requires someone with knowledge / skill to assist you.

Re: the girl...if she's going to do porn, she's going to have to show more than you've given us so far...way more.
