Beyond Time (closed)

Dylan was quiet as she heard him explain about how he had ended up in England with Henry and Elizabeth. As they enter the chamber, she paused and looked at her handsome lover, her hand pressing against his chest as she gave him a sly but gentle smile.

"Feel free to show me your Scottish accent any time." Dylan murmured softly. "I think it's sexy."

Ashien chuckled lightly to himself, pressing his hand over her own. At her welcome, he let the accent come out, but it wasn't nearly as rugged as that of his family. "Y'know, sometimes I forget you're no' from this time. Then y'say things like tha'." He stole a kiss and set up his easel and canvas and laid his paints and brushes on a side table.

Dylan laughed as he spoke to her with his native brough. It suited him as much as his dark hair and dark eyes did. She gladly allowed him to steal a kiss before he started to set up his paints and easle.

"Where would you like me, Lord Ashien." She murmured, that silly smile of a woman in love clearly on her lips.

"Bent over a table, but I suppose you're talking about posing for the painting," Ashien commented quite casually with the slightest sly smirk on his face. He laid aside his vest before he came to stand before her. With the usual stroke of his chin and critical and considering gaze, his eyes darted about the room. He stepped around the bed, pausing to consider a few angles before he finally moved his easel to where he could see the small hearth past the four-poster bed. He purposely made a mess of the pillows and blankets before returning to Dylandra. "I have a perfect idea." He kissed her once more. "Take everything off and lay down, love."

"Of course." Dylan said, stripping from the fine dress he had purchased for her and letting it pool to the ground at her feet.

She carefully climbed into his mussed sheets and pillows, glancing towards him with loving eyes as she waited for further direction.

Ashien adjusted his easel once more before returning to Dylandra and draping a sheet just barely over her most intimate areas, but leaving the majority of her bare skin showing. It was a strategy she'd seen in several famous paintings where the artist would keep the intimacy while leaving a bit to the imagination. He also swept her hair back, but let a bit cascade over her neck. Draping one arm across the pillows above her head and laying the other down the curve of her side and hip, Ashien stepped back to examine the entire scene. He darted to the hearth to move a few things before he returned to his easel. As he began laying down basic outlines and then the first layers of paint, he often glanced at Dylandra and her surroundings either with a hard and critical gaze to catch every differing color, or with a gentler expression as he considered particular curves and contours. Each time he met her eyes, his serious creative haze was broken as he smiled adoringly down at her.

Dylan tried to remain still after he had her posed, her eyes watching him as he worked so diligently. He had a way about him that was effortless and she found that incredibly attractive. She studied the fine bones and lines of his face, the slight stubble on his chin, the slightly crooked tilt of his nose. He was a work of art himself.

"What do you see when you look at me?" She asked him as he smiled down at her adoringly.

Ashien paused at that question, and he took a long moment to try to find words to describe her. He laid aside his brush to come to her side, sitting down on the edge of the bed. "I... I don't have a way to tell you all I see... but I know what I see most clearly. I see an incredible miracle that came across time to love and be loved by me. And... I can never tell you just how... how amazed and how grateful I am for that. I see the woman even my dreams couldn't conjure up."

Dylan smiled as he struggled to find the words to tell her what she wanted to know. She laughed gently, moving her hand from above her head to tangle in his short hair, pulling him down for a gentle and loving kiss.

"You just remember that thought when it's 40 years later and I'm not the same beauty you remember." She teased him.

"You will be," Ashien reassured her. "It's not the outside that I love, though it's certainly a nice addition." He happily stole another kiss before rising to continue his work. He wanted to get the majority of the image done before Dylandra distracted him too much.

Dylan chuckled softly as he kissed her one last time and moved back to his painting. She soon started to squirm, shifting slightly on the bed. He would only have a while longer before she took drastic action.

"What in the world are you doing?" Ashien asked with a chuckle even as he continued to mix the colors for the contours in her skin.

"I'm thinking about all the things I'd like to do with you when you're done." Dylan answered innocently, giving him a smile as he mixed his paints. "You've been gone too much lately. I've been lonely."

"It could take me a long time... prolific as I am," Ashien teased from behind his canvas. "I might have to take it a little slower than usual with how distracting you are." He sneaked a glance past the edge of the painting.

"Then I guess I'll have to entertain myself." She said softly, that soft smile on her lips as she moved her hand from above her head, tailing her finger over her long throat.

That practically had Ashien freezing in place. He watched her with an expression that told her he was wondering if she really would, just to entice and tease him.

Her eyes challenged his own as her hand traveled beneath the sheet he had so artfully placed. Her hand curled around one Brest, a soft groan leaving her lips as the pleasure coursed up her spine. Her hips started to dance as her other hand joined the first, her head tilting back on the pillows slightly.

Ashien slowly stepped around the easel, looking the temptation that was her bare body. His own strategy in hiding just those intimate areas was working wonders on his own lust. He paused just out of reach. "Very tempting, love... but I'm not sure..."

"Ashien, if you are not on this bed in five seconds, I will have you on the floor." Dylan nearly growled at him, her eyes needy as she squeezed her breasts again and another moan burst forth from her lips.

Ashien just had to tease a little more, spending four of those five seconds weighing the options before he unbuttoned and tossed aside his shirt. He crawled into bed over top of her and immediately seized her lips in a heated kiss. One hand found its way down to her thigh and hooked behind her knee to draw her leg up against his waist while his hips fit into the cradle of her own.

Dylan let out a gasp as he was suddenly on her, his hand caressing her thigh until he was fit so perfectly in the cradle of her hips. She melted under his kiss, her hands moving to loop around his neck to pull him closer. This was what she had wanted so badly and it seemed that he was willing to give her all she wanted and more.

Ashien lost himself in his obsession with her smooth skin, letting his hands explore across her curves and gentle slopes. He threw aside his shirt without pulling his lips from her throat, and his belt with it. When he finally did lift his head, he grinned down at her before he slipped down to trail kisses across her chest and belly.

Dylan was in heaven as Ashien showered her skin with deep kisses. She realized that he was pulling his shirt free, throwing it to the floor before he grinned down at her and kissed a trail from her chest to her belly. She whimpered, her fingers finding their way to his short hair and curling tightly. She had missed him during the past days while they waited for word from the king. He completed something deep inside of her.

With his lightly-calloused hands trailing and exploring down to her thighs, Ashien's kisses drifted below her waist until his warm tongue delved to her seam and found her little bud to caress and feast upon it. He let her legs rest against his strong shoulders while his arms supported her and held her firm.

Dylan gasped as Ashien found her swollen bud with his lips, flicking it with his tongue before he dove in wholeheartedly. She whimpered, her thighs tightening on his cheeks as he rested her legs against his shoulders and held her firm.

"Ash...yes, love. Just like that." She moaned, encouraging him with small motions of her hips.
