i just found some old pics..theyve like doubled in size over last decade ..i will do a side by side shot. obv need to concentrate my gym work on my boobsaww, That's not good for them to be pulled like that.

not pure fat with these..theres breast tissue which wont shrink no matter what. just no longer sure how much of that is fat vs tissue. without becoming a stick anywayooh! Double show of your boobs!!
lol They do say that when women get in shape their boobs shrink a bit. (Pure fat)

pretty sure some of the gravity issues im having will reduce with weight loss tho. they always get slightly perkier. ive lost of 15% of my body weight but somehow feel like im getting biggerboobs deffo are

its not an imminent danger lol not focussing on weight loss atm. just focussing on keeping my diabetes under control and introducing more fitness. would be quite nice to reduce my insulinGood for you. It is always a challenge to loose weight. And please do’t become a stick.![]()

I'll HOPEFULLY get into the gym more when I can again. I didn't make much use of it before.
I'm not gonna worry about weight LOSS. (I'm not even 10 Stone) I just want to convert some of the fat to muscle.

my insulin control is pretty good atm but ive had to stop my psych meds to do it. I need a whole lot more insulin on the meds but it meant my sugars were all over the place. now im fairly steady. i know what range im gonna be in in the morning and i know how much exercise is goon shoot those levels up. Doesn't reduce the number of needles yet but fingers crossed.
This year im sorting myself out. getting to grips with my bowel disease, smashing the diabetes, kick my ED into the dust..quit smoking (now on day 32 i think). Skinny or skinnier is the least important of my goals but i hope there is some weight loss!

GREAT FOR YOU!!! Working on the inside is often harder for people than the outside. Definite props to you for doing what you need to do.
Yeah, right now my gym is doing webcasts at certain times so people can still workout, but I've learned I need more structure than that. I need to be INSIDE a place that is dedicated to one thing to get me to really do it.
oh hunni im sorry you've been sick.I know how you feel. Just getting over a lung infection, so I need to be extra careful not to get the corona virus.
