Hi laptop and windows 10. Ive managed to successfully Tekken the keyboard (random button sequence to win lol) so Ive found the safe mode menu. Safe mode still produced black screen.
Ive now discovered I'm the idiot who didn't set up a system restore point so basically if this repair function doesn't work I'm fecked. All my work, photos and years of accumulated research fecking thrown in in. I should have bought that back up hard drive. And I should have set up the restore point ffs
