Why are you asking patreon questions on Lit? If something doesn't work on that site, it would be a question to their tech support.

I expect they are clicking on the Patreon link in a specific author’s Lit profile. The “Support this author” feature is a Lit feature. @LeakyFaucit, maybe try reaching out to the author directly and ask if they can check the link? Or is this happening with multiple authors?
