I just came to the thread to say "afternoon greetings" people and read the topic du jour...

Why not male pregnancy? It's no creepier than test tube incubation and the little fetus has something organic and live to relate to...

I cannot possibly defend my irrational position based on logic or science.

I just find the entire process more essentially feminine.

And I don't by "feminine" intend any shades of lace, frilly curtains, or other cultural gender-role claptrap.
