Fickle
Well, I'm not privvy to the details of the relationship, but where there is pain there is always bitterness.
I think the thing here was that obviously one of you was serious about a relationship and the other wasn't.
So many times I see people online claiming to have these heartfelt "relationships" and it's all just talk.
When any relationship is one-sided, both parties are going to end up hurt, IRL or OL, but it's always the one who was honest in the relationship who gets my sympathy.
When things don't work out, sure, it is a two part issue, but there is also the element of "I love you, I love you, I love you....uh....wait....I'm hung up on someone else." That's just hurtful and cruel to do to another person. And so often, I think it is done for the attention of online passion with no consideration for the other heart involved.
If you're going to "love 'em and leave 'em" online. Fine. But make that clear up front.
I wish you better luck and more honest affection in the future.
Trust me, it's better to be single than to waste your time on a fickle heart.
MP ;-)
