It seems as if every book I've ever read on seduction goes into great length about how important it is to set the stage for a session of truly great sex. Now while the asthetic, Martha Stewart drone side of me thinks that's just dandy, my real life experience has been that if the mood has seized nobody seems to give a rats ass about the setting.

So then, my questions are as follows:

1. How important is the setting of a sexual encounter to you?

2. When setting the stage for sex what do you do? Are there special sheets that go on the bed? Candles? Mood music?

3. Can you think of any setting that no matter how horny you were you wouldn't consider having sex?

Forgive me fellow Literoticans, I'm bored tonight and my mind is wandering.

To me, settings really do not matter. I prefer the more spontanious encounters rather than pre-planned.

2. When setting the stage for sex what do you do? Are there special sheets that go on the bed? Candles? Mood music?

Same as above

3. Can you think of any setting that no matter how horny you were you wouldn't consider having sex?

I am sure there are several times when no would be the answer no matter what (i.e. kids near by, Hmmmm well guess not too many times when no would be the answer...LOL...but that is one I came up with)

Guess I am not much help but that is how I see things. cool:

1. How important is the setting of a sexual encounter to you?

For me it would depend on intent. If the intent is seduction, then the setting is very important. If the intent is just raw fucking it doesn't matter at all.

2. When setting the stage for sex what do you do? Are there special sheets that go on the bed? Candles? Mood music?

Again with intent. I rarely set a stage for sex (I just make sure I am silky smooth and feel pretty and desirable) - for seduction it can be any number of things from candles, lingerie, flowers, lighting, music, etc.

3. Can you think of any setting that no matter how horny you were you wouldn't consider having sex?

Yes - if the house was a pig sty or had a funny smell. If the sheets were stained. If there are critters or insects roaming about. Basically it would have to offend my need for clean and safe.

1. How important is the setting of a sexual encounter to you?
The only things that matter are clean toilet facilities, clean sheets and a clean body!

2. When setting the stage for sex what do you do? Are there special sheets that go on the bed? Candles? Mood music?

One major component - an erection!

3. Can you think of any setting that no matter how horny you were you wouldn't consider having sex?

Yes a filthy house!

Of course there has to be an attraction first.
