Props to you for having a healthy hobby and even more so it is one I would never pursue!

I have done a fair amount of rappelling and have even jumped out of a perfectly good plan 26 times. Most of this was forced upon me and I dealt with it. A few times it was for "pleasure", but honestly I only went because thats what my friends at the time were in to. The fact is I am scarred of heights and no matter how many times I have jumped out of a plane, or rappelled out of a helicopter/down a cliff, it always terrifies me. I always hoped the "after this jump the fear will go away". But it never has. I have done the rock walls at a few different spots and it seems like an awesome way to stay in shape, but for now I will stick to the free weights!
