well there the whole story I have a cold with a sinusinfection and an inner ear infection thats causing the headache I am retaining fluids because of the stariods I have to take for my breathing treatments and such there is a slight build up of fluids in the lungs so I have to stay laying down as much a possible so thats what Im going to do

I miss all of you and send you lots of hugs and kisses hoping to be back soon

Please take care and try to stay healthy
