I reported Rob's awful references (Many of which were sexual) to posters' underage children quite a few times, yet nothing was done about that (not even a slap on his wrist or suggestion to tone it down).
Ironically, I was banned under my username aella for confronting Rob and one of his friends about those comments. Because I quoted the words that Rob uses at nauseam.

I'm greatful to Laurel for allowing us free access and she was more than gracious and forgiving towards me. But this thing (her turning a blind eye on this disturbing issue) is something that I can't reconcile myself with.

I'm actually a "lib." too IRL, as hard as it might be for anyone to believe. And unlike here, I much preferred the company of those with more liberal views and I avoided australians with conservatives or R-wing views, who are pretty intolerant and vicious.
Even for the mere fact that I'm an immigrant who was at the receiving end of xenophobia too. (not often, thank God). Although that's not the only reason.

It's just the intolerance of any political opinion that is different from theirs (even when the topic at hand has nothing to do with minority groups) , and the "biggot hunting" that puts me off and makes me avoid many of the GB "libs."
