BBW's Check In Version 4

Got to love computers......NOT

Sounds like fun. We are trying to get up north for a few days. Wife and I just realized that this trip might be the last one we take as a family. The kids will be getting jobs this summer and between that and sports practice, might just be us heading up or more likely just me driving up alone for a short weekend grass cutting :(

Enjoy the family time!

Always do. Just didn't thing this time would come so fast. Growing up we never had a place to go to and the job I did have until after I graduated was working for a family friend so time off was never an issue. Dad and I could take off whenever we wanted to.

I understand that. I remember the last time Dad forced me to go desert riding with the family on easter break. I was 17 and kept telling him I had a paper due on Monday that needed to be finished and typed up. He insisted I come along and looked at me funny when the typewriter was put into the camper. I spent most of the weekend at the table typing up my report. He never insisted again and the few weekends I did make it out were more pleasurable for all of us since I had the choice.

Hey Follow

We had a small gathering last night for dinner. My wife's in Orlando for a business meeting: a large computer company is trying to get more healthcare companies to buy their software and/or use their services. (Three people from my company went down.) My son's friends came over, thankfully one was smart enough to bring Italian bread!

I made spaghetti and sauce (NOT gravy, the Italian woman who taught me to make this sauce called it sauce, and she was born in Italy) with meatballs and sausage, fed all 6 of us, had leftovers which my son ate later, because I had none to eat at lunch today.
