Dealing with migraines and allergies. It's unknown as to why I'm getting the auras/little round bubbling lights in my eyes, precursors to migraines, since it's not that bright out.

Slept late and had very nice wake up visit
Lunch out with a friend at a bbq place that is my new favorite.
Compliment at the grocery store
And now home to veg a while and it's barely afternoon!

I need just

a dark place
3 or 4 Advils
massive quantities of caffeine - a can of diet Mt Dew or a grande latte work best
a fan
and about 20 minutes

Sound doesn't do it, and I can have music or the tv on during my rest period.

99.99% of the time bright light - sunlight in the winter is the killer - is my trigger. It's overcast right now, has been all day, and I wore my sunglass clip-ons this morning. I'm wondering if the pollen is becoming a trigger!

Caffeine, bright light, sugar were just a few triggers for my wife.
