battery insert help on the rocks-off RO-160mm

I can not figure out how to insert the battery because there is this plastic covering wear the batterys go and we can not get it out and don't know if your supposed to or not. Any help would be great.

Hi guys,

By plastic covering do you mean a small circular cutting that is white...if so chuck it out as it is only there to keep the charge of the battery that should have come pre loaded.

We have the same model but in the awesome blue.

If this is not the problem I can check ours and even get a few images of the battery compartment on here and see if we can get working.
