I've seen that cold efficient ruthlessness in younger politicians up here...it strikes me as being more neo-con than old school neo-conism if you see the parallel.

McCain needs to stand in front of more WW2 planes, maybe take off his shirt and show his scars...something that underscores that what he has done for his country is real as opposed to packaged.

No doubt. The neo-cons all came from the activist left. They all of a sudden saw an opportunity to 'change the world' after 9-11 and jumped on the bandwagon. Virtually none of the old line conservatives understood the price that was going to have to be paid.

There was an interesting program on the other evening about 'body language', which also includes speech. Both McCain and Obama were analyzed and the consensus was that it didn't matter a damn what Obama said, he has the moves down so pat that people walk away loving the guy. He had me going back in Jan. Took me a month to figure out that he was just playing the crowd. Fortunately, back then he was up against Hillary and was even further to the left than she was so I never got hooked into his policies, just realized that he's a very dynamic speaker.

Which brings us to another point. Obama has changed his position on many things, foriegn policy foremost, radically once the nomination was nailed. And the same folks are defending him. Either they know he's lying through his teeth, or they really don't care what he's saying as long as he keeps talking from the teleprompter.

McCain has to maneuver Obama into a declaration that scares the shit out of the middle 20%. It can be done, Obama really isn't that quick a thinker on his feet. But I don't think McCain has the skill or the will to do it. That plumber in Ohio the other day did a much better job.

I think the fastest way to unhinge Obama is to call him a liar to his face. But that is fraught with peril unless the set-up is perfectly executed.

Ayers Weatherman activities are almost secondary to what he and Obama were up to in Chicago with the schools.

And Ayers is just a part of it. How many people has Obama thrown under his bus this year? It's GOT to be getting crowded under there. He's still trying to stuff Ayers under the bus, dispatched Jesse Jackson yesterday, The right Rev. Wright, that catholic priest that talks like a southern Baptist and behaves like Rasputin, and his grandmother. The guy just seems to have this never ending stream of people that he's having to disassociate from. Big red judgement flag there.

No highschool or college buddies. No former co-workers. Nothing. It's as if he suddenly appeared on the planet sometime in the 90's.

Black Racists Recruited to Guide the Jihad




One of the most remarkable trends taking place at so-called “human rights,”
“social justice,” and “peace” rallies in a host of venues—most notably
university campuses all across the United States—is the delivery of vicious
attacks by Islamic speakers against America, Israel, and the Jewish people.
These speakers, many of whom are religious leaders known as Imams, unambiguously
condemn the United States as the “Great Satan,” the principal wellspring of evil
on earth. By extension, they depict America ’s ally Israel as the “Little
Satan,” a land whose Jewish inhabitants allegedly have conspired with the U.S.
to mistreat Muslims in every part of the globe. The hatred upon which these
views are founded finds its expression in clearly enunciated calls for the
extermination of Jews, the torture and murder of whites, the destruction of
America and Israel by any means necessary, the adulation of Osama bin Laden and
Islamic suicide
bombers, and the establishment of Islam as the universal faith of all mankind.
An unremarked fact is that these imams are often black racists in the mold of
Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s pastor of more than twenty years.

One notable black racist who, like Rev. Wright, is also connected to Obama, is
an orthodox Muslim named Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour, whose efforts to
facilitate Obama’s 1988 admission to Harvard Law School have recently come to
light. An attorney by profession, al-Mansour is a black nationalist and an
outspoken hater of the United States , Israel , and white people generally. In
recent years he has accused the U.S. of plotting a “genocide” designed “to
remove 15 million black people, considered disposable, of no relevance, value or
benefit to the American society.” He has told fellow blacks that “whatever you
do to [white people], they deserve it, God wants you to do it and that’s when
you cut out the nose, cut out the ears, take flesh out of their body, don’t
worry because God wants you to do it.” Alleging further that Palestinians in
Israel “are being brutalized like savages,” he accuses the Jews of “stealing the
land the
same way the Christians stole the land from the Indians in America .”

Formerly named Donald Warden, al-Mansour in the 1960s was a mentor to Black
Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. When Warden became a Muslim
and took his new name, he seamlessly adapted the sadistic hatred that had
animated his activities with the Panthers, to the religious bigotry for which
his newfound Islamic extremism called.

Given the vital role that Saudi Arabia plays in orchestrating jihadi activities
in North America , al-Mansour’s Saudi connections merit close scrutiny. In the
1980s al-Mansour served as an advisor helping a pair of Saudi billionaires
secretly acquire a major stake in some valuable California oceanfront property,
through what the Los Angeles Times described as “an elaborate network of
corporate shells in California , the Caribbean and Europe .” Moreover,
al-Mansour was an investment advisor to the multi-billionaire Saudi Prince,
Alwaleed bin Talal, the man whose $10 million donation to help rebuild downtown
Manhattan after 9/11 was rejected by New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani when the
Prince suggested that America’s flawed foreign policies had helped foment the
rage that manifested itself in the attacks.

Another black racist who has become a prominent America-hating, Jew-hating
orator is Imam Abdul Alim Musa, founder and director of the As-Sabiqun movement,
which aims to “enable Islam to take complete control of … the lives of all human
beings on Earth.” In 2004 the San Francisco Bay View described Musa as “one of
the highest-ranking Islamic leaders in the Black community, nationwide and
specifically in the Islamic movement.” Born in Arkansas as Clarence Reams, Musa
was raised in Oakland , California during the 1960s, when he embraced the
ideology of the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam. He went on to become a
leading cocaine-exporter in Colombia , a crime for which he eventually was
incarcerated. While in prison, he converted to Islam and took his present name.
An avid supporter of Iran ’s late Ayatollah Khomeini, Musa calls for Islam to
“take over America .” He praises Muslim suicide bombers as “heroes” who
courageously “strike at the heart of Zionism.” He predicts that “this way of
life known as Islam will dominate all other ways of life.” He lauds those who
seek to honor Allah by means of violence. He says that most white Americans hold
values and attitudes consistent with those of the Ku Klux Klan. He has
praised Osama bin Laden, Hezbollah, and Hamas. And he claims that the 9/11
terrorist attacks were orchestrated jointly by the U.S. and Israeli governments
in order to provide a pretext for waging war against Islam.

Warith Deen Umar (formerly Wallace Gene Marks), who was repeatedly incarcerated
as a teenager, is a retired Muslim cleric who spent two decades helping to run
New York’s Islamic prison program. A confidante of Nation of Islam kingpin Louis
Farrakhan, Umar personally recruited and trained dozens of chaplains. With help
from the Saudi government, he brought that country’s fanatical brand of Islam to
New York ’s Muslim inmates. He believes that the 9/11 hijackers should be
honored as martyrs, and that the U.S. risks further terrorist attacks because it
oppresses Muslims around the world. Viewing black prisoners as candidates
well-suited to help initiate such attacks, Umar says, “Prisons are a powder keg.
The question is the ignition.” “Even Muslims who say they are against terrorism
secretly admire and applaud” the hijackers, Umar wrote in an unpublished memoir.
The Koran, he added, does not condemn terrorism against oppressors of
Muslims, even if innocent people are killed in the process. “This is the sort
of teaching they don’t want in prison,” he said. “But this is what I’m doing.”

Sheikh Khalid Yasin is a U.S.-born, Atlanta-based Muslim convert (and a Malcolm
X disciple) who has been a popular guest speaker at Muslim Students Association
(MSA) events across the United States . He candidly states that America one day
will be governed by Sharia (Islamic Law); that Muslims should steadfastly refuse
to become friends with non-Muslims; that 9/11 was orchestrated by the U.S.
and/or Israel; that homosexuals should be killed in accordance with Koranic
mandates; and that AIDS was invented at a U.S. government lab for the purpose of
killing nonwhites around the world.

Former Nation of Islam member Amir-Abdel Malik-Ali is a black Imam in Oakland
who lectures frequently at MSA and Muslim Student Union (MSU) events. A
passionate supporter of Hamas and Hezbollah, he endorses suicide bombings as a
legitimate “resistance” tactic of Muslim “martyrs.” He calls for “an Islamic
revolution” that will lead to the creation of “an Islamic state” where “Allah
controls every place—the home, the classroom, the science lab, the halls of
Congress.” He maintains that “the Zionist Jews” were responsible for the Danish
cartoon controversy that sparked Muslim riots around the world in 2006. He
accuses the “ apartheid State of Israel ” of carrying out a “holocaust” and a
“genocide” against the Palestinian people. Referring to Jews as “new Nazis” and
“a bunch of straight-up punks,” he warns Jews: “[Y]our days are numbered…. We
will fight you until we are either martyred or until we are
victorious.”

Muhammad al-Asi is commonly invited to speak at anti-Israel rallies hosted by
organizations like the MSA and MSU. Al-Asi became radicalized by the 1979
Iranian Revolution, and to this day he remains a great admirer of the
late Ayatollah Khomeini. Advocating an “Islamic World Order,” he predicts that
Muslims ultimately “will deal the deathblow” to Jews; that Jews “have a
psychosis … that is unable to co-exist equally and brotherly [sic] with other
human beings”; and that the 9/11 attacks were actually carried out by Israeli
Mossad agents seeking to “criminalize Muslims.”

The aforementioned speakers are not unconnected individuals who share the same
worldview only by coincidence. They are each major players in an Islamic jihad
that has taken root in U.S. soil. Not nearly as spectacular as the images of
crumbling skyscrapers and vaporized corpses that riveted Americans to their
television screens seven years ago on 9/11, the jihad of these racists is a
“soft” jihad targeted at the minds of men and women rather than at steel and
concrete towers. Outlined explicitly in a May 1991 memorandum produced by the
Muslim Brotherhood, this jihad aims at “eliminating and destroying the Western
civilization from within” by recruiting ever-greater numbers of new believers to
the Muslim faith, and inculcating them with contempt for the allegedly
oppressive West and its many “infidels.” It is a jihad waged chiefly in our
country’s prisons and mosques, where, under the protective banner of “religious
freedom,” millions of
minds are infected with the hateful ideology of Islamic supremacy. In these
places, inmates and worshippers alike are taught to revile religious pluralism
and to embrace radical Islam as the singular hope for mankind’s salvation.

Predominantly male converts to Islam, the black racists participating in the
anti-American jihad serve their cause in various ways. Some, like al-Mansour,
are financial advisors to Saudi billionaires who fund the jihad. Others, like
Musa and Malik-Ali, are Imams at mosques located in various places across the
country. Others, like Umar, are prison chaplains. And still others, like Yasin
and al-Asi, are frequent guest speakers at campus events sponsored by such
organizations as the MSA and MSU.

And why is it that black racists such as these constitute a significant
proportion of the hate mongers in the jihadi movement? Quite simply, it is
because blacks have been specifically and aggressively targeted for recruitment
by the worldwide leaders of that movement, just as they were targeted for
recruitment by the Communist Party USA as early as the 1920s. Blacks are
targeted because they are, in theory, plagued by much dissatisfaction and
resentment vis a vis their inordinately high rates of poverty, crime, and
incarceration—and thus, goes the theory, they can be influenced more easily when
the wounds of their grievances are rubbed raw by agitators who tell them that
their non-Islamic homeland has treated them shabbily. And although African
Americans’ modern-day ills are correlated most highly with the scourge of
fatherlessness that has decimated black life since the 1960s, the Left has been
relentless, and quite successful, in promoting the
fiction that American society’s allegedly ineradicable racism remains the
primary cause of black suffering, just as it was in the early decades of the
20th century.

If blacks as a whole are a demographic coveted by grievance mongers, no subset
of the black population is coveted more highly than those who are serving time
in prison. Al Qaeda training manuals found by U.S. troops in Afghanistan reveal
that America ’s black prisoners, who constitute nearly half of the nation’s two
million inmates, are viewed as a potentially bountiful source of new jihadi
recruits. The immensely wealthy Saudi government, which has made it a top
priority to spread Islam in America through the prison system, has shipped tens
of thousands of copies of the Koran to U.S. jails in recent years. Through the
National Islamic Prison Foundation, Saudi money finances an extensive “prison
outreach” program that seeks to convert inmates to Islam and to
anti-Americanism. Prison chaplains are typically Wahhabis (practitioners of
Saudi Arabia’s most extreme, fundamentalist form of Islam) who have been
certified and trained as religious
officials by either the Islamic Society of North America or the Graduate School
of Islamic and Social Sciences, both of which are currently under federal
investigation for ties to terrorism. Islam expert Stephen Schwartz states that
“radical Muslim chaplains … acting in coordination to impose an extremist agenda
… have gained a monopoly over Islamic religious activities in American state,
federal, and city prisons and jails.” Some 135,000 inmates convert to Islam
annually, and almost all of these converts are African Americans. Abdul Alim
Musa and Warith Deen Umar are two of them.

Focusing their efforts and fortunes not only on prisons, the Saudis also have
spent many millions of dollars funding a majority of America’s mosques, and have
dispatched Imams from a number of Middle Eastern nations to settle in the U.S.
as missionaries. Says Faheem Shuaibe, an Imam at a predominately black mosque in
California , Saudi Arabia has set up “a very deliberate recruitment process …
trying to find black Muslims who had a real potential for Islamic learning and
also for submission to their agenda” of Wahhabi extremism. Pakistani religious
leaders Sami ul-Haq and Fazrul Rehman predict that “in the next 10 years,
Americans will wake up to the existence of an Islamic army in their midst—an
army of jihadis who will force America to abandon imperialism and listen to the
voice of Allah.”

The racial composition of this jihadi army is, of course, influenced profoundly
by the Saudi targeting of African Americans. According to Reza Safa, an
authority on Wahhabism’s spread throughout the world, “as many as 90 percent of
American converts to Islam are black.” If the current conversion rate persists
for some time, it is possible that Islam could emerge as the dominant religion
of urban blacks. And if the converts imbibe the incessant, hate-filled messages
of spiritual mentors like those cited above, they will develop into nothing more
than angry, embittered racists themselves. As such, they will perfectly suited
to help spearhead the Islamic jihad in America .
