Bali bombing work of CIA?

The Bush regime has been pressing Indonesia to get tough in the "war on terror" for some time now, with little if any effect. Now this big bombing of a nightclub in Bali has been promptly seized upon by Bush as an excuse to extend the "war on terror" into Indonesia. Also, the bomb which was used was extremely powerful, and required a lot of expertise, which most "terrorist" groups don't possess. Hmmm, do I detect the hidden hand of the CIA here? Most likely, the Indonesian military did it, as the behest of the CIA, as a provocation to justify intensified repression.

Everything is possible where the CIA and certain elements in American politics are concerned but...

I see the bombings as an al Qaida (or another terrorist group) attempt to take the heat off Iraq. In other words make the invasion less plausible by confusing the issue...

The bombings have forced George to fight on two fronts. One on weapons inspectors and 'weapons of mass destruction' and the other on the 'war' against terrorism.

Terrorism had been put on the back burner by the Administration but now there it is again. Right up there with the best of them.

It was not the CIA, the Indonesian military, or any member of F-Troop that did this bombing.
