Something that puts me in a bad mood/Something that puts me in a good mood...
if you can't think of something that could turn your mood around, post the bad and get some suggestions!
For example:

Not being able to find my back scratcher/Him finding that perfect spot on my back where a scratch makes me moan and beg for more.

Bad mood: Meetings scheduled at lunch time.

Good mood: Receiving kudos for my role in the meeting.

Good mood: Got complimented on a picture on said phone call.

My niece about drove my sister nuts with her eating. For a whole year she would eat nothing but meat. Then one day she woke up and decided she was done with meat and would not touch it for months.

Good Mood: having a similar blouse in the dry cleaning I picked up this morning.

Good mood: At my last writer's group meeting when I mentioned it, an unexpectedly simple solution was provided that I had not considered - the public library. It got me excited.
