I'm with Goldwater (I am assuming, his wife was the President of Planned Parenthood, AZ) on this. Not the States concern. Up to and including post birth infanticide. My stepson, I had zero input on... the next three took some fiddly surgery on me to make happen. They were very much wanted, despite it being financially stupid.
