hmmmm perhaps it would help to just let go of all those confusing thoughts for awhile and let thangs sort themselves out..and just enjoy the ride? not to minimize anythang...just to not stress so much over it?

Yeah, it would help I'm sure and it's what I'm trying to do, but I'm finding it difficult
At the end of the day it's me that's the problem, if it was someone else I could probably work out a solution, but because it's me dealing with me it's not so easy.
