The NY Post had a headline stating that 70% of Americans have cheated on their partner at a bachelor or bachelorette party.
However, when you dig into the numbers they quoted, it was a bogus headline. But the underlying numbers are still a bit of a shock.
It breaks down that approximately 36% of men and 43% of women admitted having cheated on their partner at one. This begs the question, which the article obviously did not talk about, is "what is defined as cheating?). That is as broad as the day is long.
This is why my wife and I always treated a bachelor or bachelorette as an automatic hall pass, because with alcohol and semi-naked bodies, shit happens and you get carried away.
Your thoughts?
