Typo, yes, but it feels like this should be an actual phrase. Maybe for killing chickens? Anybody got other ideas?
 
Access to the dorm rooms of the opposite sex is allowed, though discretely but rigorously regulated.

Unless that means each incident is regulated separately, that's the wrong word. Discreetly seems to be ignored by autocorrect, this happens so very often.

I mean, sure, the word is supposed to be logistics, but it's kinda awesome like it is. Talked a lot about how to talk about...
 
Our server came by with the the pitcher of swear tea

I've had tea like that, but I think this was supposed to be actually good. (Ruglet says it's especially juicy gossip)

May not be awesome on the sense of the thread, but shows poor editing:

" ... faces a nearly $1.4 million lawsuit from a lawyer who has represented him in various legal matters over unpaid bills."

Should be:

" ... faces a nearly $1.4 million lawsuit over unpaid bills from a lawyer who has represented him in various legal matters."
