I like the premise! I don't know what to add. I would only remove the obsession with size. It is a trope that only a few men get hard on. Let them fill in such details themselves.

Maybe you can up the suspense by having him break a scene, and while his hard member is flopping left to right, he's walking around and explaining what he wants to see in the scene. An emotion, the right close up, a certain inflection of a word. Taking charge without skipping a beat throughout. This is a great and unique premise!

Some ideas:

-Maybe once the MC shows up on the set, he gets a little intimidated by the scope of it all, with all the cast there, especially as he'll be performing in front of all of them; maybe they tease & screw with him a little.
