Remote sexdoll operator

So there’s a video I just recently saw of one of those Tesla bots which people keep claiming are AI powered when really, it’s just a person operating it remotely. Anyway, the vid shows this by having the operator take his headset off before he shuts the robot off. So the robot dos the motion and then collapses backwards, shattering the illusion.

Anyway, that got me thinking. There’s gotta be some tech startup pushing for “AI powered sex dolls” but they would likely just do the same: have some underpaid staff remote control the sex doll.

So what would it be like to be a remote sex doll operator?

1. Journal style story where operator accounts his/her workday and the people they run into. Do they have the same clients or is there a notepad app that pops up? Do they have to play multiple genders and sexes? What sort of clients do they run into?

2. You get what you pay for: underpaid staff member decides to start freestyling.

“James, we just got a customer review from Client #3457, Mr. Carlo? Gave 5 stars, said he appreciated that ‘Chelsea’ gave him a new Findom fetish? Thought the Cashapp was a nice touch? Ringing any bells?”

“No?”

“Okay, and client #8345? ms. Dover. Gave 3 stars. Said she liked the rougher play from “David” but did not appreciate being told she needed to buy a wrestling PPV if she wanted to have her back blown out…wanna explain anything? No? Can’t help but notice the new AEW shirt you’re wearing.”

3. Operator winds up operating a sex doll for someone they know. Suddenly they see a side they never knew about.

4. Operator comes to form a close bond with their clients but can’t reveal they are a real person. For example: Guy bought one and his wife found out and she planned to destroy it but decided to turn it on. Operator talked her down and through the robot they start having an affair…but she thinks it’s just a robot and is scared to leave her husband because she doesn’t want to lose the robot.

Or: closeted person buys one so they can act out their fantasies with being with someone of the same sex/gender. Operator at first sees it as a job but then starts feeling guiltier and guiltier as they realize they are that person’s only outlet and that person has no idea their secret is known by an actual person or persons.

I kinda love how each idea gets more dystopian as it goes down. The last one seems like a gay dark romance in the making. Operator might go all the way to find the client's information and get knee-deep into the reason of why they're closeted.

That made me think ... if a person is foolish enough to have a remotely-managed robot know their most sensitive secrets, why wouldn't they discuss actual crimes in front of one?

What would the operator (maybe just the shift op, who never "met" the renter before that day) do when the customer is being assaulted by a random hookup, or a partner? Break character? Call the police and break the masquerade?

definitely. I was thinking of a version where the operator is straight or cis and they are serving a client who isn’t interested in either so it adds to their guilt over being a source of comfort for the client.

But them being gay or trans and out in a supportive community makes them all the more anxious to either break character or to try and find their client to help them out

So that’s a good question. I imagine if a crime was occurring on camera they could call the police as that would be an advertised safety feature…but if the client confesses to crimes then the operator is probably told just to log it and forget it. With police only being provided the information if they get a warrant.

So that could be the start of a decent thriller: client confesses horrible crimes and sometimes the operator hears something in another room. They look up online and find there are disappearances that could match the crimes the client talks about but they are not allowed to know the client’s address unless a crime is present and even then, the computer makes the call.

So one day, the operator uses an override feature (which is supposed to only be used to help get an insured sex doll to safety) and wanders the client’s home, only to find a missing person, but the computer doesn’t log it as a crime and the operator only has limited mobility and strength with the sex doll. So with only an hour of battery life, they have to find a way to notify police and get the missing person out before the client returns

Frankly, all the idea's mentioned above could be fun. This could be a series, following a particular company that offers the service, with each story having a different operator and new customers. Perhaps the head of HR (or Quality Control) being the one continuing character throughout all the stories to better link them together.

"Hi Jimmy, it's time for your annual review...lets start with client AG..."
"Hi Pete, we've received a customer complaint and need to go over the details..."
"Hi Rhonda, you're satisfaction rating is quite high and we'd like to learn more about..."

I'm thinking more along the lines of someone who works for the sex android company who figures out a way to experience sex through the doll remotely.

Twist ending: turns out there are no sexbots and no customers. It's all a psychological experiment (see https://forum.literotica.com/threads/volunteers-for-a-study-at-a-university….1646208/) on the "operators". It's a simulation, the robots and customers alike. The operators have to wear a haptic suit covering their whole bodies to "control" the "robot". The company is really learning what stimuli have what effects on an unsuspecting wearer.

Yeah, it's twisted and not scientifically valid or ethical. They're mad scientists! They don't care!

The conditioning program is meant to result in conditioned subjects being salable as concubines (of any gender and anatomy). They are both highly compliant and highly skilled after a successful training program.
