Hi "Girl", I have a photo that I may like to try as an Avatar, but it is a bit too large I think (640X480) and I don't know how to "downsize" it. Can you (or maybe some other sweet person) assist me with it?

Can anyone tell me how to add a caption either above or below the Avatar photo? I've placed a comment about my AV in the profile "location" field, but I've seen other avatars with a caption of one kind or another and would like to be able to add and/or change the information with different av's.
