Avatar problem

Could someone tell me how to have an avatar? I know all about the "edit avatar" button, but when I click on that it doesn't let me upload one or use one.

Step One: post 98 more times.

Step two: use he custom avatar option that will appear in your UserCP the first time you log back in after reaching 100 posts or more to upload a picture.

check the FAQ thread (sorry it's a bit ambiguous but can't do all caps in a thread title). you have to have 100 posts before you get an avatar.

Thanks for the answers guys, and yeah, I just checked the FAQ's and realise what's going on now, lol. It's just like me to do things arse from elbow.
