Avatar advice needed

My boyfriend photoshopped my AV for me, result is below. I don't want to disappoint him by not using it, but I find it a bit plastic-y looking and a little too greenish. Do you think so too? Or ist it just me and my picky mind?

I'd like some opinions on whether to stick with the original or not, pretty please
