How can I size down my pictures so they will fit as an avatar? Sorry for the laziness, I am sure there are other posts on the board about this, but I dont feel like looking through them.

If you've got Microsoft's Paint program you can use that- just strech it by less then 100%, check the atributes for the sizes and go from there.
