Authorities don't stop violent anti - Israel protests In Britain

Man people like to bounce back and forth in history as if it really matters. What matters now is that after 60 years of hard fought statehood, the UK seems to be moving in the direction of appeasing the Hamas terrorists. We have every right to do everything in our power to stop the missiles and right now things are quiet. We've also set them behind in their efforts to reload. Living in the Negev now as I do I appreciate the quiet.

Here's some relevent points - Hamas doesn't want a state of their own. They are only bent on attacking us. The UK giving them legitamacy underminds the moderates such as Fatah (which are no angels) thus resulting in more attacks. Members of Fatah being tortured now by Hamas doesn't even make the news. How would you feel if you knew hundreds of Fatah Palestinians have been killed and tortured by Hamas?

I propose for the US to guard the border with Egypt and patrol the oceans for a period of many years monitoring all imports. It wouldn't take too many resources and soldiers could be kept out of harms way living in that narrow strip.

Why don't people suggest constructive things like that instead of waiting for the next volley of missiles and our retaliation?

I feel embarrassed for you Brits and French that don't see your societies being taken over by islamic extremists. The Netherlands may fight back. Will you?

There're so many Jews on this thread. It's easy to spot 'em. To them killing innocent children is okay.

Ironic how often times enemies seem to become each other.

The become the exact thing they hate, they mimic each others' tactics.

Seems to be a rule of any protracted conflict.

Good. :D:D:D

Fatah Palestinians can be expected to fight back and kill Hamas members. As much as possible we should encourage Moslems to direct their lethal animosities against each other.

I am a Christian Zionist. If I was a Jew I would not point out that as a human population the Jews are biologically superior.

Even Adolf Hitler acknowledged this, albeit reluctantly. In Mein Kampf, Chapter XI, "Nation and Race," he wrote, "[T]he intellectual abilities [of the Jews] were schooled in the course of centuries. Today the Jew is looked upon as 'clever,' and in a certain sense he has been so at all times."

When Hitler wrote in the same chapter, "What leads one people to starvation, trains the other for hard work," he could have been comparing the Palestinians and the Israeli Jews.

It continues to dismay me that the left, even the democratic left, has chosen to be sympathetic to Moslems, and at least "understanding" toward Islamic terrorists. Everything the left hates about the Bible Belt and the religious right in the United States is far more true of every Arab country, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.

Tell us again how Jews are biologically superior to Arabs?

The fact that Israel has been able to survive and thrive despite the hostility of the entire Arab world and Iran is evidence.

Here is more:

"Throughout the 20th century, Jews, more so than any other minority, ethnic or cultural group, have been recipients of the Nobel Prize -- perhaps the most distinguished award for human endeavor in the six fields for which it is given. Remarkably, Jews constitute almost one-fifth of all Nobel laureates. This, in a world in which Jews number just a fraction of 1 percent of the population."

Britain and to a lesser extent France, could actually be blamed for starting the whole fucking mess in the first place.

Remember that Britain, France and Russia had already been planning to carve up the entire Middle East and Eastern Europe (Turkey included) amongst themselves before the Ottoman Empire had crumbled, let alone the war was over...

For a self-professed Christian, you and your ilk seem to have a deep seated love for violence and death, more often than not rooted in racism than anything else.

I wonder how you feel about your fellow Christians who were born and raised in Palestine long before Hertzl even coined the term Zionism... of course, they are REAL Christians, by which I mean Orthodox, Catholic and some Anglicans. Not bible-thumping foaming at the mouth retards from the rural midwest...

Why should the US monitor everyone in the world? You choose not to be a US citizen and that is fine... don't kid yourself into thinking that we should protect your ass.

One can be Muslim and European. The Albanians, Turks, Bosniaks, Azeris, Chechens, Tatars and others have been for centuries in fact.

Or could it have to do with the fact that every single Arab state was (and in a couple of cases, still are) colonial states that were mismanaged by a foreign government with a decided interest in keeping the populace down.

There are very few black Nobel Prize winners. Are black Africans and people from Latin American innately inferior too? Or were Africa and Central and South America essentially raped and still recovering....

Well, speaking as a Muslim American, I quite frankly do despise the religious right for hijacking my country, spreading racism and hatred every day and telling me i'm 'not American enough' because I choose to reject their religious idiocy that goes back only a century at best.

I have been to those countries... I can tell you that Lahore and Cairo are much better than any ass backwards small town in the midwest or 'buy bull' belt. Of course, since you are lumping all Arab states together (because Morocco, Tunisia and the UAE share soooo much in common with Saudi Arabia, Sudan or Syria, right *rolls eyes*) you probably wouldn't know that.

Funny that you leave out many other Muslim countries in Africa and Asia, perhaps because they don't fit your model? Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Somalia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Maldives, Senegal, Niger, Azerbaijan... Need I go on?

I find your culture boring, bland and banal, not to mention more than a little self-righteous. Why don't you go find a religious forum to post this on instead of porn one?

Besides which, I would much rather spend a night with another cute Panjabi, Persian or Maghrebi girl than some fat, doughly corn-fed ham beast from your trailer park.

*tossing a cat amongst the pigeons*

How about the suggestion that the prime motive for the USA supporting the Zionist movement was to reduce the number of Jewish immigrants into the States?

Bingo. We were turning them away by the boatload in the 40s.

Funny how all those settlers have American accents, huh?

Bingo twice...at least since '67.

I will never understood why speaking out, at all, against any action of Israel makes one anti-semitic. Have you guys actually seen the videos of what happened in Gaza around the Inauguration?

A misnomer at any rate, Arabs are a semitic race as well, and it has nothing to do with the Jewish religion.

Another thought in re: Israel's racism against the Sephardim: does this not make Israel anti-semitic as well?

I could keeessss you.
____________

Did anyone see the 60 Minutes segment tonight on the conflict? It was the first piece of reporting devoid of Israeli propaganda that I've seen in a longggg time in the US.

And Mizrahim, Bene Israel (aka Falasha), etc.

The sad irony of it is that the most hard-liner supporters of 'Zionism' have come from white Ashkenazim (not all Ashkenazim, just a small but vocal minority) and an increasing number of Americans, who either established their own, rather segregated communities, or have forced poorer Jewish immigrants from 'non-western' countries into settlements so that they can wash their hands of the issue entirely.

Shurkan ya 7abibti. :D Enta Filistinia? I used to know a cute girl from Elbireh...

You're welcome. You speak Arabi, habibti? I wish I did. Where are you from? I'm not Palestinian, but a friend of Palestinians. I'm just a white, midwest American ham, as you say. hahahaha.

It's not that hard to learn, but then I was exposed for a long time, so your mileage may differ. But learning a new language is always a good idea...

Just don't expect Arabic to get you a huge job any time soon. There are lots of schools pushing 'learn Arabic' programs since 9-11 on the premise that it will get you a good job. They are flooding the market with Arabic-speakers and soon it will be just like the Russian translators after the Cold War, or computer programmers after the .com bubble.

Learn it to better yourself and learn about culture.

Where are you from?

Good old fashioned mutt from Chicago, with blood from at least three continents :-D

I'm not Palestinian, but a friend of Palestinians.

As are we all.

Hey, don't be too hard on yourself now. My comments are meant to work the less intelligent up. There are beautiful people everywhere, from the middle of Iowa to the streets of Paris to some island in the South Pacific. I'm sure your quite cute.

But my point does stand that people on the 'religious right' end of the spectrum tend to be less intelligent and less attractive. Not all religious people, or even most, but the ones who insist 'God wants America to kill MOOOSLEMS' and that 'homosexuals are going to HEEEELLLLL' tend to be rather fugly.

Same applies across the board, though. Al-Qaeda folks aren't known for good looks either.

I want to learn the language for love of the language and the culture. The love of my life was an Arabic speaker (Lebanese). I spent many evenings with him reading to me...Rumi, Khayyam, Tagore... and he would tell me stories...well, he taught me a lot about a lot.

I understood your point, I just had to yank your chain. ;)

that's funny, my mate on an anti-war protest got battered by the police in london a couple of weeks back.

The reality is that the UK is actually very anti-islamic and muslims have the poorest social, educational, health and employment outcomes of any ethnic minority here.

Oh? Just a few weeks ago you were telling me the opposite.

I like Palestinian Christians. They are descended from people who lived in Palestinian before the Arab conquests. Unfortunately, they have been leaving the occupied territories because of Islamic terrorism.

How long has it been since the Arab countries have been independent of the Europeans? When the United States became independent of Great Britain we immediately began to create a great civilization. We did not keep failing at everything, and blame it on England.
