With me its always something about the neck. It's my fantasy and fetish that I just can't explain. It's a vampire thing.
Eyes. I can't resist looking into someones eyes. That and lips. That's how I communicate in real life that that's what matters most to me when it comes to knowing my lover. What do their eyes say? What do their lips say? Do they say the same thing? The lips may say no, but I can see a definate yes and longing in the eyes sorta thing.
So far both of my stories have taken place at home in bed. I'm starting to get away from that though in other works. I'm not a very public guy I guess.
I don't use a lot of physical descriptions because I'm more of an epherial kinda guy. I feel what someone looks like. I get my image based on their personality and thoughts.
If I think of any others I'll post 'em.
Oh, until recently my main characters were all females. I tend to have a more female oriented mind, so it seems more natural to me than being a male.

authorial signatures, more apropriately AUTEURS (filmic term via Cahiers du cinema) never have anything to do with acts, but of things more abstract like theme, mise-en-scene and semiotics (metaphor and symbol as you like) recurring. Sex is an act, never a signature or trademark, same with music. A signature is your "own": personal narrative voice.
