Yes it still exists. I admit I don't make it here as much as I should. I'll be moving within Austin here in the next month or so. Maybe then I'll be able to find time to organize some sort of get together. I'm thinking between Thanksgiving and Christmas maybe. That would give us all enough time to figure out a day etc.

Thumb our Nose at Valentine's Get Together

Ok fellow lit people's. I'd like to propose a get together the weekend prior to Valentine's day or the week of. Namely Sat the 9th, Sunday the 10th or the 14th.

Thinking of a place centrally located with a bar and good munchies maybe mexican food. This way we have drink, food and good convo hopefully. Talking evening or late afternoon on Sunday.

Come out and celebrate with me by Thumbing our Noses at Valentine's Day

Chime in please. I'd like to have this on the calendar by next week so it can be planned and set in stone and we can all get together and enjoy the company of like minded people You can also message me if you'd like since I'm going to do the bulk of the coordinating.

Where: Little Woodrows, Southpark Meadows (off of Slaughter Lane and very close to I35)

Time: 7 pm until you wanna go.

Let's all get together and start something fun. If this works out maybe we can do more every couple of months in different places around town to accomodate those that live farther away.

All in please respond here to rsvp so I have an idea who is coming. Or you can pm me as well if you'd rather not respond here. I will figure out a way for everyone to know what to look for upon entering the place to see where we have alighted to enjoy the evening.

So you gonna try to go to the gathering in Feb? You are very welcome to come. This place is only about 10-15 minutes away from you tops depending on traffic.
