Oversize pork roast dripping too much fat for the pan!

Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's been busy today.... I've crammed almost a whole days work into the morning! Good news is that now I can go play on the computer (play = do accounts) for the afternoon.
Nearly tax time, so I need to make sure everything's up to date.

My only concern is how much its going to cost to dispose of the concrete...

I think that if you require surgery, a waiting list isn't the answer....let's hope its not too much longer before they find a spot for you.

It's not so much the public system.... it's more that the apecialist surgeon only comes down here 3 times a year

In the meantime, I get out of doing any of the heavy stuff

Spent today pulling panels off the XC, ready for repair and painting. Now my shed looks like a panelbeaters!
Loads of work to do yet.... this car might be on the road for Xmas
