I sure have sandy, I think my first post was on page 2 or 3 of this thread. I have met some good people here, and that's why I'm back... To catch up again.

AN LB SIGHTING *POUNCE*:kiss::rose:
Hey mate - how's life with you

Hi everyone, just quickly dropped by to say hi ...

Im in rural NSW ... Bathurst area ..

I heard that Gil should be back home as of yesterday .. i will have to check
i hope he is, hes been through a lot lately..

Good evening Aussies :)

Been a little while since I posted here. Lots going on.
My youngest has been diagnosed with Nodular Sclerosis Type 1 (lymphoma), so I have been back and forth to hospital with him.
Also, we bought another classic car and have been very busy putting Rumpy back to where we think he should be - Rumpy is short for rumpy-pumpy.... the nickname a friend gave him! It fits, as he's an XC ute who will end up being a cobra :D
Also, Mum was here for a couple of weeks and that took up a HUGE amount of my time! Love her to bits, but 14 days was enough!

Apart from all that, my life is slowly coming together.... my man is becoming much more affectionate and I may even let him into my life permanently ;)
My eldest is finally on track re career, and my middle child has turned into fhe most amazing Mum (baby has a modelling contract at 8 months!)

Hope everyone else is all good like me....

Hey WQ, glad everything is going so well, isn't it nice when life stops biting you on the arse?

Evening everyone!

Hey I don't assault people on a Friday night until after I finish my wine, and I still have at least a bottle and half to go.

:rose:
Hey Ms Moon

Time is something nobody can stop and the good thing is the annoying stuff moves to the past and we move on. I can't wait for the year to be over. One year closer to my goal.

Never been to Newcastle in the UK but seen it on a doco a few years ago. Even in the Summer the place is cold, so different to Brisbane so rug up.

Now Ms Moon your version of a blow dry would have the opposite effect and if your lips can reach that far, you should give up your day job...you have another career waiting for you :D

Well if you don't like heat then don't come anywhere near Melbourne town for another week at least. We are in the middle of a record breaking hot spell. Going for the record of more than 7 days above 30 in March. No cool change till Thursday, so they say. We've even been consistently warmer than Brisbane this past week. Air con on every night after I get home from work. That dry heat really saps the strength.

Hope the rain in the North lets up. I have some friends in Toowoomba and Gympie that have been getting lots of rain.

Stay dry on the outside:kiss:

*shakes my head*

Just a quick "mooning". It's late and my mind wont close down, so I thought I would come on here and catch up on the news.

So glad to see some faces are still around.

Big huggs to triskie, bandit and Mr Gil :rose:

Oh and the irrepressable Elfie lad...well I have something a little different than a rose to give you..mind you, am hoping there will still be a little "prick" involved still. Ah wickedness I've missed your siren's call.....now I shall endeavour to behave, but this Elfin one does entice one to be intemperate in behaviour. :p

It's cooler up here now, albeit still slow to lose the sting of heat. Working towards the next operation in May, a knee replacement and patella scraping this time. But will be worth the pain as it means I shall ditch the wheelchair finally and be able to lurk and hunt unsuspecting Geordies...mmm do love that accent.

Actually Elfie, am hoping to see a little snow whilst up there..a Geordie friend said it does snow in Newcastle during September/October at times...would be wonderful to see.

As far as the lips go, I had a reaction to my meds, so had facial swelling. Like I need bigger lips..well to be honest it was like I only had one, sort of like that duck from Merrie Melodies who had the huge red lips, though purple does tend to be more my shade of choice.

Ah, the sounds of the Kookas heralding dawn...best this one shoots off to the blanket show. Be well Aall.

Huggs and wishes for each of you to stay safe and happy. :rose:

A wiggle for Elfie

:kiss:MsMoon:kiss:
