First frost of the season predicted for tomorrow morning... Temp will get down to 1 degree.
I have the fire roaring and the house closed up because it has already got down to 5 degrees and it's only 6pm.

Apart from not being able to use my left hand much, I have had a lovely Easter break (and I successfully stayed away from all things sweet as well).

I haven't been by the thread for a few days, but that's because whenever I've looked, I've been the last one to post!

I've had a great week - loads happening here with my kidley bean home on holidays.
Later tonight my daughter and her man are coming up to stay for the weekend (chickee is now 23 weeks pregnant, and I have succumbed and bought funky wool to make a baby blanket).

For now though, I am alone at home for the next 3 hours.

It looks like I might not be able to go to Brisbane after all. Quantas wont fit my electric wheel chair and i'm not sure if Jetstar or Virgin will allow me to be hoisted onto the seat of the Aeroplane. I am in the middle of finding out and will let you guys know as soon as I do. Traveling to Sydney was alot easier as there was none of this BULL SHIT!!!

The model of my wheelchair has been know to fly all over the world but qantas has a height limit on there new plane 737 and my wheelchair is of normal height for that model which is higher than the height limit on the plane

you could say that. i got into a long distance relationship, which peaked with my first ever flight being from Brissie to LA, where i then drove everywhere disney, santa monica, hollywood etc. was a good two weeks. got back and the long distance caused its death.

Also was between jobs and finally scored a dream gig. Postie! so now not only do i ride every single weekday, i get paid for it!

Theres a meetup in brissie in may? Where? when? what do i need to do to be there?

Aussies get togather I am planning to have it at Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane. so I am hoping for everyone to be able to stay here (that is for those who do not live in Brisbane) and to meet up at the hotel bar for drinks. The get togather will be on the 19th of May 2012.

Me I'm busy packing and sorting crap... or some would call it children's sacred belongings, my personal opinion is it's all crap I paid too much money for. Holidays are finally over thank goodness, ended on a very bored note for the kidlets since they managed to smash an ipad and an ipod touch... and doing chores to earn replacements is apparently not much fun.
