No he might not know what cold is but he does know what a lot of rain, thunder storms & extreemly hot weather is up there.

I hope today sees you in a much brighter time, it's bautiful here in Sydney, clear skies, not to hot or cold so we are heading out for lunch & some us time later.

Oh, and friend got chased and bitten by juvenile wombat after she stopped to check roadside body for joey. Joey was OUT of pouch and v. angry! Joey now in care of local wombat man.

Lovely day here. Had day off and spent it with the Princess. Littlest cherub still camping. Had a lovely day chilling and then travelling to next town n/west so cherub could hang with old school friends. They're such funny buggers!!

Tell your friend to keep a close eye on the Wombat bite, the bites can turn nasty very quickly.

Ahahahaha! That particular female wombat got a bit of a shock when I launched straight into her! I'll never forget the response when I not only admitted meeting the male, but shot down almost all her nasty vitriole! (apparently, female wombat expected everyone to backpedal and be all sympathetic to her).
I kept the pm for a while, but decided to delete it a few weeks back.

Now, talking about real wombats - our southern hairy-nosed wombats here in tassie seem to be recovering from whatever they had. For a while, they were out in the daytime foraging for food, looking all scabby and with matted fur.
Lately they seem to be back to being nocturnal, and their fur looks healthy again.
I'm not sure what the problem was.

Congrats on buying a home! Always nice to know you're not spending dead money on rent.

As for the sex toys - can't help with mail order sites. I like to go into the store and 'feel' what the toys do, so I don't buy over the net.

We did have a member (Huggles) of the Aussie thread who had an online sex toy site with very resonable prices but we seem tol have lots him from here some time ago.
The PC I had his site in my favorites died so no recomendations here.

I agree with W.Q. that a visit to a sex shop is the best way to find what your looking for, if your local area is out of the question then a trip might be the best idea.

Welcome to the thread Mont & as someone who has spent time in Canada, Mainly western part I can tell you that Aussies are similar to Canadians except on the roads, we are not as easy going when behind the wheel.

Don't you just hate it when people cancel things at the last minute?
I've just spent 2 days getting everything ready for some visitors - who were meant to be arriving this afternoon - only to have them cancel 10 minutes ago
Could have let me know when I spoke to them on wed and thurs

Making me even madder is the fact that I got boxed in at a store carpark by a truck, and had to wait almost an hour for him to appear. He was parked illegally.
I made him give me all his details, and havejust got off the phone to his boss.
His day is going to get much worse, as I have asked for $ to compensate as I missed an appt I will be charged for
And he can't deny anything as I took photos.

Plus, my arm is really hurting today.

I think I might just write off the rest of the day

The school tried to ring me today. I missed the call.
So when I got home, I called the school but nobody knew what the hell was going on.
THEN I find out that the school rang the bastardex! About the kidlet's behaviour in a class.
They had NO RIGHT to call him - he is listed for emergancies only

I wouldn't be so upset if it weren't that the ex and his father (kidlets grandad) kicked the kid out and told us we were 'Welcome to him'
As far as I am concerned, when you make a comment like that, you forfeit the right to be part of the kids everyday life - ESPECIALLY when you live less than an hour away but can't be fucked coming to see the kid, and when you've tried to call him exactly 5 times since December 10th last year

I hope your son is ok through all this. He didn't need to be reminded of his fathers attitude and that type of stress does NOT help behaviour improve. School staff who made that decision should have arse kicked! Have you got a meeting with them to make sure they don't do it again?

Thanks...............I am near Ottawa in Ontario. I occasionally (more frequently when I was younger but I am just a dirty old man now) drive in Quebec and New York city so I think I could survive in Aussie land. I have travelled out west and loved the mountains but my wife is from this area and would never consider moving out there.

Excitement is a word I use very carefully Gil but really for the most part it's a good life am still working ....albeit for myself but still it's work and when we can we get away for the occasional wild weekend.....the difference now is recovery time..... a tad more required.....spent most of the previous 10 years helping my wife fend off the big C but it appears as though she has been really good for the last 5 so we are taking that as a good sign. How about your excitement??
