There isn't really at the moment except a drop in temperature which is about right for winter coming in anyway....we may see some water in the Todd and the Finke ..especially as that area and others are likely to stay flooded for a few weeks yet....lots of people are and will be stranded despite BOM having road reports available.....

When I was up towards the Kimberley some years ago it was my experience that many people ignored the road warnings, and tried driving through, despite the potential for heavy fines.
City folk, likely as not, but there are idiots everywhere, I guess.

City folk, likely as not, but there are idiots everywhere, I guess.

Yep - heroes in their city 4WD's that have never seen dirt, some of them! No idea how to handle the vehicle in the dry let alone the wet - good luck to 'em, if they have to learn the hard way at least they have an adventure to take home with them
