There is a lot of get togthers this year.

evening aussies

well, it's finally happened.
we've had a fight.
or - a mini-fight, if you will.

way too much pressure coming from all over and it has all piled up to make the entire day just one big suckola - with the exception of a brief beautiful interlude this morning :(

the TIMTAM, his ex, the CSA, the job, the kids, the fact that for some reason i seem to be getting stuck with all my kids to the detriment of my own job (and the TIMTAM is feeling no guilt, methinks).....
all just snowballed today :(

and i have a headache :( :( :(
i seriously need some heavy-duty drugs to get rid of this headache, and right now nothing is open, so i'll just have to persevere till the morning and hope like hell it doesn't end up blowing out on me.....

and i have to go and placate the rest of the family - blending a few different personalities together is hard.

anyway - time for me to dash off as well....... be good all, and i'll catch you in the morning.

sorry to hear that WQ but I guess it sort of had to be expected, I know it may not seem fair and you could well do with out it but when everyone is trying to make comprimisers and alter the life around its allways going to cause problems.
better to get it out in the open even if it does mean a fight rather then remaining quiet and letting things stew till they get worse.

I can also imagine how much of a pain the CSA can be, there rules are all black and white with no flexability at all if its of any consulation all your EXs will get the same cold treatment from them

well the day started off well with a union meeting that wasted a few hours then I was lucky enough to have my truck break down so wasted another hour there while the fitters did there work. proberly the high light of the day was when of the trucks blew a tyre while traveling through the power station, security thought it was an explosion and went in to full terrorist attack mode

That really doesn't sound like a good day.... But at least it's over now and you can relax? :D

Hot and tiring - had to get up early for Gil's dialysis and then went shopping this afternoon. Gil starts on the 2nd step of the nicotine patches next week so had to get some of those, plus time to refill his prescriptions so we came home with about half a dozen packets of pills.

Hey isn't it supposed to be autumn now? Temps for next week range from 27C to 33C.......I'll have to email my brother in Christchurch and gloat a little :D

Lol.

Just cricket. Its finals time, so I guess the pressure will be on. If we win on Saturday we then have to play Sunday, so I could be very sore by time the weekend is over.

But at least all the medication shopping is out of the way for a little while? Did you happen to get yourself anything else while you were out shopping? :)

I spent way too long complaining about how hot it was last night.... I don't think it should be hot in autumn....

Hi Gorgeous.

I hope its not to hot over your way then, two days of cricket under a hot sun would be a killer

No was too hot to bother with anything but essentials. I really need a haircut but that might have to wait till next week while Gil's at dialysis.

Hey I am learning how to set up the haemo machine at the hospital  One of the girls showed me a couple of times and then watched me while I did it........not bad for a first try! The machines used in the home are smaller but will probably be a similar setup. They haven't let me near Gil with anything except the blood pressure machine and the thermometer though :D
