I hope its not to hot over your way then, two days of cricket under a hot sun would be a killer

Well, not sure about where he is in the state, but around here it's looking like high 20's....

It was 35 at least last week, with one of those lovely dry winds. Fortunately (I think) we batted first.

I hope it wont be a repeat of that either, believe me, lol.

Busselton, but playing in Cowaramup. I'll take high 20's over mid-to-high 30's.

No was too hot to bother with anything but essentials. I really need a haircut but that might have to wait till next week while Gil's at dialysis.

Hey I am learning how to set up the haemo machine at the hospital  One of the girls showed me a couple of times and then watched me while I did it........not bad for a first try! The machines used in the home are smaller but will probably be a similar setup. They haven't let me near Gil with anything except the blood pressure machine and the thermometer though :D

Well, I'm sure it can wait till then, hopefully it'll be a little cooler then as well :)

It's great that you're learning, soon enough you'll be able to do it just as well as them! :D

I would of only been mid 20s then, wasnt so much the music at the festival, it was mostly to do with the alcohol and the ladys..... very friendly place

I think most rural-ish places in Australia are, which is cool.

Close... but no banana!

There's an event in Melbourne (no, not that sort of event) that I'm looking at going to - and I'm thinking if I can get the Kestrel down there... well, who knows where I could go?

Suggestions will be considered... as will pleas, bribes & (possibly) threats...

sounds like a great plan, and would be great ride even if it was only one way.
I put the bike on the train once from Adelaide to Alicesprings as I never had time to make the ride and get to alice in time..... plenty of time for the trip home so I came back via Darwin and Perth .

I am out of Melb by a couple of hours but will make sure I catch up with you if you do get to Melb

If I want to complain about something, is there somewhere in particular I should go? Or make a new thread or something? :)

I'm pretty sure no one wants to hear about it :p

we do listen to complaints here or if you prefer you can start your own thread and see how many people support you.... or of course you could just PM a friend to see what they think of it all

Oh, I want to complain about the office of film and literature classification and the pathetic job they do in rating movies and the like.... Not forgetting their generally useless ratings....
