Without wishing to get too deep at this time of night, what attracted you guys to this forum rather than any other (far more tacky and mindless) chat room? Maybe I've just answered my own question!

WELL........ I did start in chat here, and met a lot of Aussies. When I heard this thread had been started I joined the boards to take a peek, and stayed.

I think it's the people here that appeal to me more than anything else. I've met quite a few and all are as genuine and real in real life as they are here. They are my friends and I know I can, and have, call on them if needed.

Hang around, and you'll soon find the same, I'm sure.

Well, to start with, I'm not really a fan of chat rooms.... I mean the great thing about a forum is, that even if you aren't on when someone says something, you can read back, see it and comment on it.... It may be slower, but this one in particular is friendlier than most chatrooms, I'd say....

But as to what brought me here, I read the stories, and eventually figured out there were forums, so I joined them

i found this forum by mistake... i was just looking for a new forum to chat and type general forum, and one was this, i check this out and i became a member not cuz of the stories

i used to talk to many forums used to be a member to about 20 forums then i stop most of them then went to chat rooms i still go to about of 5 them
and lately became a member to another forum
