Well................................. this tart with a heart would like Ice Cream Pumpkin Tart please.picacho said:

In heavy saucepan, combine pumpkin, brown sugar and spices and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pumpkin begins to boil. Remove from heat and cool for 1 hour.
Add ice cream to cooled pumpkin mixture and stir until well blended. Pour into cooled crust, cover, and freeze for 3 hours until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. 12 servings

I don't use Americanisms. Well I do coz I lived there for so long but I don't mean to.
Next year I shall put the pumpkins to good use. No more giving them away. I shall make pumpkin beer. Hey, I was raided yesterday. My pumpkins were needed as they are free. The fastest pumpkin raid ever but they had surprise on their side and was I surprised.
